Provided service in a timely and professional manner.
Very knowledgable and thorough. Just know the $39 only gets them to the door and they charge on top of that by the hour. I'm sure most plumbers do this, but they did stand up to their mis-quote. Overall im very happy and will hire them again even understanding their pricing schedule now.

Very knowledgable staff, and willing to come out quickly and do the job. Did feel like it was a used-car sales job though. When their estimate came back very high to complete the job, I said I needed to get another estimate or two. They told me that if they left, I had already incurred $700 for diagnostics, and if they left and came back, they would charge me $200 more just to come back.
