The technician Phil was very polite & competent. I thought the cost ($250) was overpriced for essentially re-lighting my pilot light. The area around my pilot light needed cleaning (about 10 minutes labor). When asked why the high fee ($250), I was told it depends on how far the distance the Technician had travel from to my address. Which (to me and everyone I asked & agree with me, about 34 people) should not have been factored or added into the cost, whether to me or the next customer.
