Miles was great!! I appreciated him sharing what could be causing my store's draining issue and taking into consideration what would and wouldn't be professional as far as attempting to fix the issue with customers in the store. He also took some time to look at another issue we are having with some leaking underneath our sink. His patience and analysis of that issue is the main reason I will be calling JR Snider again.

The repairman was prompt, very knowledgable and courteous. This was a weekend emergency and we were impressed by the service and cost reasonableness. We will call them again for future needs.
