I moved in to a town house in hillsboro where I only stayed 9 months. I moved in and the backyard was full of trash and glass I had to email multiple times and they refused to clean it. I moved in with spray paint in the garage and the outside deck. I also moved in to a man made deck from last tenants that the workers who were "fixing it" said it was illegal to be there. I've never dealt with such a negligent and unresponsive property management company in my life. Trying to reach anyone whatsoever seems impossible. No one answers calls or emails and if they do it's weeks later or after multiple attempts at contact. JPM flat out refused necessary repairs to windows, chipped paint and cracked walls after months of continued maintenence requests and trying to reach anyone at the company. Worst property management company I have ever dealt with! It's no wonder they were bought out by a newer larger company! Hopefully, the merger will help this small company be a bit better.
Been renting for 4 years and Lorna is literally the best landlord. She is understanding and helps right away. If I could give 10 stars I would ask for 11
