She is very warm and caring. She makes me feel very comfortable, like she is honestly very interested in my health. I know he is very busy, therefore I dont always get to see her at my appointments, but I understand, that she is very busy and has lots of patients. Im very pleased with her and the care that she has given me. I have I have a sister and an aunt that all have the same MBC as I do and she takes cafe of all of us. Excellent doctor!!!!!
My wife Linda is a three time survivor of breast cancer. Dr O’ Shaughnessy and her team at Texas Oncology/Baylor are at the very top tier of breast cancer Research and treatment. As a husband and physician I could not be more comfortable with the level of treatment and compassion. I recommend this group to any patient seeking the very best of care
Dr O has kept me alive longer than anyone thought possible, and I have recommended her to others. That said, it’s tough to get an appointment, the phone tree is exasperating, the waiting rooms and clinic rooms are awful, you’ll often encounter long wait times. Sometimes you’ll get sunshine blown up your skirt, and your personal preferences may be pushed aside, but if survival is your highest priority, Dr O is the one to go to.

Dr O’Shaughnessy is kind, caring and very knowledgeable. She presents the facts, helps you understand what the best treatment options are and why they are the best options. She then lets you decide how to proceed based on what you have learned. I am so pleased to have her as my oncologist. Her goal throughout treatment has been to make me well with the least possible side effects. She is great!

Dr. O is the most supportive oncologist. She listens and takes into consideration any concerns or feedback I may have. I have been with her for over 20 years and I trust her literally with my life.
She listens and thinks when you tell her what is going on.
I’m in her office every 6 weeks for blood work and check up. The office runs smoothly. All employees are kind and mostly efficient. Dr O is an excellent clinician and researcher.
Everyone was very nice and went through the information thoroughly. They also answered my questions in a caring way.
