From the very first phone call, we spoke to a real person. Our first appointment, we were greeted, by name, and introduced to the entire staff. Dr. O’Shaughnessy took an incredible amount of time to listen to all of our concerns, and then provided detailed answers, and future plans. We never felt rushed or dismissed. This is a very scary time for us, but we feel very reassured after meeting her and her team.

Dr Oshaughnessy reviewed my results came up with written plan of action which we followed 1.2.3 … and I’m two years past TNBC, she always listens to any concerns and then we discuss what is best for my health. I’m so lucky to have her as my oncologist and if you can get in you will have the best advocate for your health.

Dr O’Shaughnessey takes time to listen and explains things well. She makes certain that you will have access to all the things she has told you by having scribes in the room as she explains things. They type everything she has said in the computer and it all is transcribed on the Navigating Care App you can later access. Whether I see Dr. O'Shaughnessy prone of her PA's it's always a pleasant experience, everyone is so nice and caring. Everything is explained in detail, plan are made for your care ahead of time so you now how to go about your journey of Cancer health
Im an upset family member of my sister that was treated by this Dr. my sister died February 1st this year after being told her numbers were good and she had conquered it this team let my sister go home with a brain bleed all the way to Wichita Falls Texas from Dallas the same day they told her it had spread to her spine and brain she died that night they waited so long to give her a pet scan and when they saw this they just sent her home instead of admitting her so now her husband is without her ...her grand children are wit... read more

I am a few years out from a stage three breast cancer diagnosis. Dr. O’Shaughnessy and her team not only want me to live but to have a good quality of life.
