I had a really unpleasant experience at the Joy Alukkas Green Street branch. The staff were unhelpful and did not show the jewellery properly. Their behaviour made me feel as if I was there to steal, which is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. No customer should be treated this way. I will not be visiting this branch again.
