It was easy to schedule service online. The oil change and inspection went good and they honored my Joseph coupon. I received news that I had a nail in a tire and was given the cost of a new tire. I was looking for road hazard insurance which they did not offer. Their tire quote is verbal and had no detail. I went to a tire dealer to get my tire and had road hazard protection added to it. Their waiting area is very comfortable and has some free refreshments.
I was lied to about the expired registration tag on a Toyota Tundra that we purchased from them. Since they haven’t sent the license plate and the temporary registration expired, they told me that if we ever get pulled over by the cops to have the cops call them and it will be ok. After a long 25 days I finally have my car back! Shout out to Joseph Toyota Collision Center for making it good as new. It took awhile, but I feel confident in their diligence and thoroughness. They always seemed happy to update me on the status of my car and explain what they were doing.

We were very happy with our purchase of new Tundra and Avalon. WE continue to use Joseph Toyota for all maintenance of our vehicles although there has but one time it was not regular maintenance and since they did not know how long it would take a loaner was provided. We Will not go anywhere else.
