RecommendedI just purchased my Rav4 hybrid from Joseph Toyota. Sam Harvey is the salesperson I dealth with. He was wonderful. He was also very patient with all my questions. It took almost three hours on the day I picked up the car and it never felt like I was rushed or he wanted me to go faster. There is so much to learn about these newer cars and all the electronic features. They are friendly and fix things the first time. A real plus when you have experience the opposite at other dealerships.
The Toyota brand is good. The service department is fair. After discussing customer service with friends, some of whom are Toyota owners, was the less than professional treatment of minorities at the Colerain service department. No longer can recommend Joseph’s service department until this is addressed and improves.
Go in and see what they have for you. You will like it. you will get what you want.
I will never go to another dealership again , friendly staff that truly wants to help you and cares keep up the good job guys,
