I had a fantastic experience with Brant and Sam! This was my first time really shopping around to buy a new car and they were super helpful and made themselves available to me at all times. They worked with their loan company to get me approved for a monthly payment that I could afford without a co signer which is HUGE for me because my credit isn't perfect. I had my car serviced yesterday morning 6-3-17...the customer service was outstanding from the time I pulled my car in the service entrance until I pulled out...my service agent was very polite & great in explaining all the services that were going to take place during my maintenance check up visit...after it was done he thoroughly explained what took place & what will take place on my next visit...the environment was very clean, comfortable & inviting during my wait time...thank you Joseph Toyota I give you 2 thumbs up...
I called the service department to discuss an issue my Prius was having. They basically told me it needed to be towed to see them, he took down my information, but when I asked about setting an appointment, he was basically just like "we'll see you when you get here." Our wait just to have the car looked at was about three hours (which we killed by grabbing some food at a restaurant), and when we were called back, I was told that my car needs new parts that are currently on back order, and my car is undriveable until it's fi... read more
My husband and I travelled close to 3 hrs to get the car and deal we wanted. Sam was great to work with on the purchase of our 2017 Camry. The dealership was wonderful to work with as well. Sam is an asset to Joseph Toyota, so positive and informative. Our experience was painless! We appreciate the hospitality we received coming from a small community and could not have gotten the deal we did if we hadn't found Joseph Toyota and Sam of course. We will be repeat customers in the future. It was worth the drive!
