Their salesman David Grohs made our car shopping experience comfortable and easy. He was very informative and wasn’t pushy at all. He helped us find the perfect car for us. Definitely recommending this location!
It’s hard to be confident you got a good deal when leaving a car dealership, but I feel pretty good about my experience at Joseph Toyota. The salesman Jim was very personable, was not pushy, and was willing to work with me on the deal. After I bought my Highlander, I noticed two headrests in the third row were missing, which was a mistake on my part for not noticing, but Jim ordered replacements for me free of charge. Overall I feel I got a pretty good value and the dealership took good care of me.
I am very unimpressed with the service that has been done in the past. I have taken my car in for scheduled maintenance and instead of doing the scheduled maintenance, they did work that to me seemed unnecessary. Additionally the replacement key I was sold for ~400 dollars broke in a little over a year. The salesperson I spoke with casually said maybe I need an industrial strength keys. I will not be buying from Joeseph nor will they be doing maintenance on my car.
Best car buying experience I’ve had. Everyone is extremely approachable, fair, and they are straight with you. No BS. They gave me a fantastic deal on the exact car I wanted. They did everything in their power to make sure we made a deal that we both felt was great. Ronnie was my salesman and he is top notch. I highly recommend them. Was disappointed in the service area I bought my in for the recall and had front breaks put on . When I picked it up it was not washed I though they washed all cars?. Also the old part for the airbag was not shown to me so I don’t know if the air bag was really replaced
Don't have any complaints yet. Have always gotten good service
