I was there to buy Tacoma. It was raining day. I just go into showrooms no one. Say anything. All sales guy are front desk talking. After I look around the I was on the way out. One of guy said. If you have question let me know ! That’s first word I hear. I told them if you care to sale car Don’t bother. One guy come I told him what I want what I can pay etc.... then he told me used car is next door. That’s all. I went to kings Nisan they give me what I want 2018 New Frontier 4x4 4door etc. Sorry Toyota.
Alan and the Joseph Toyota team made getting into a new lease an absolute breeze. Ray in finance was amazing. I definitely feel like he got me the best deal and he made the paperwork part so easy. I reached out to several other local Toyota dealers trying to find the best deal. None of them compared to Joseph Toyota in terms of customer service and overall satisfaction. Always courteous and professional
I've called 5 times because I needed a key made, i was told once I just needed a registration so I got that they then said it needed to be towed up there so I did they then weren't there , so I go the next day and said they couldn't do it finally someone in service helped, never will I bring any business this way again
