The service desk guy was very nice & helpful. However, my San Francisco sweatshirt went missing (I keep it in my hidden cargo area & they were in there looking for wipers to replace them for me) and they did not replace the back wiper. Dissapointing.

The service department did not fix the problem that caused me to bring my car in for service. After repeated trips back, the problem continued to get worse (leak in the sunroof due to improper drainage). Even though I originally informed them of the problem before I was out of warranty and it was a part that was not replaced at that time, they refused to cover the cost. They also did nothing to clean the water in the floor of my car, yet they had it for 4 days. I had to clean water and mold/mildew and dry everything myself. ... read more

I went to the dealership on Sunday to look at trading in my car for a truck. Found a truck, worked some numbers and was told that bank approvals would have to wait until Monday. Which I was fine with. However, they were able to show us worse case scenario numbers and expected us to get a better offer because we were not credit challenged. The following day (Monday) the salesman calls and the numbers are $480 a month for a used truck with 130K miles on it! Went for service last appointment of the day. They must have been in a hurry because they left all 4 valve stem caps off and broke two wheel covers. Didn't notice until one came off. Now they will not do a thing about it! I won't be back again!

My salesman was Jim E. Very nice, we did most of work over the phone, I got the car I wanted, detailed truthful statement of car pricing. Everyone was nice at Dealership, it was worth the 2.5 hour drive each way to bring home my 2020 RAV 4 XLE last week, I love it!
