Was in today with a problem with a ring that has been causing problems for 3 years. Ring out of warranty I know these thing can happen. Staff sorted it all out. Staff were amazing and very helpful I didn't get any names. Have bought all my important jewellery from reas for over 30 years and always will. Thank you so much
Annoying that I checked to see if open today and it's not! Have to make another trip
Had a silver necklace repaired, it's really sentimental so it was important to me that the repair was done in house rather than being shipped out like a lot of the more corporate jewellers do. The necklace was ready for pick up on the day I was told and the staff member I dealt with was really friendly.
No waiting time. Very helpful, good advice given
