I had the best balayage hair dyeing experience here with Neev😭😻🩷 This is my very first time dyeing hair so I was a bit nervous. However, Neev managed to sweep off all my concerns and had me look like this omg😍 I keep getting compliments after she did this makeover on me. Couldn’t recommend more!!!
