Wonderful jewellery, but a very obnoxious owner. I was today offered a box as a discount as he said he didn’t know me whilst my husband will have spent over £15k with them. Even his colleagues seemed embarrassed

Terribly rude staff. I made a purchase last year of a pair of earrings for my wedding. I called in today as I lost one and wanted to get their advice on how to find or make a replacement. The owner was rude and dismissive. First when I said ‘ I don’t see it in this display case’ I was told I was being cheeky even though I was correct and secondly the owner knew the supplier but wouldn’t share his contact regardless of whether they were still in business or not.
