I went for x-rays and an exam. The staff was friendly, the technician was very thoughtful and worked quickly to minimize discomfort, and the dentist was personable and thorough.
Amanda is the most phenomenal hygienist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is one of my favorite people in the entire world, and is always sunny and accommodating. Her work is top-notch, and she remembers our conversations. I have never had a negative thought (or even neutral!) about her work or her approach to her job.
When on vacation I thought I’d lost part of a tooth or filling. Thankfully it didn’t hurt so I could wait to get it looked at. The only thing Dr Jones found was a small, insignificant missing piece of a crown. I was expecting the worst but didn’t need to have any work done. What a relief!
I had an overwhelming fear of the dentist. Not only not a fan of any pain, but was also not a fan of bad customer service and the subpar patient care I had run into at different valley dental offices. Referred to Dr Jones by a family member, I was pleasantly surprised. They listened to my fears, offered me options, and gave me answers to all the questions I had. When I was young I was afraid of the dentist. No more, my regular checkup with Jones Dental was a pleasant and informative event. I do need some work as the passage of time has changed things but my overall dental health is excellent due to the care from Amanda and Dr. Jones. They take their time and make sure everything is perfect. A+++ rating and thanks to all in this office.
On several occasions recently I have had need of a minor "touch-up". Dr Jones and his staff have always been responsive and courteous, and on one occasion suggested a simple fix which saved me a great deal of money. They work well together and include me as part of the treatment team. Dr. Jones and his staff always explain procedures and options to assist me to make the best decisions.
My dad was a dentist, so I know a good dentist and dental office when I visit one. Dr. Jones and his staff are great. If you want top-notch dentistry, look no further!
I had two crowns replaced and a filling done, all within a few weeks. I have to say, every single thing about modern dentistry is much much better than it was when I was younger and Dr. Jones and his team deliver it all. I sat down on Tuesday for a 6 month cleaning and check up. I was informed by Amanda that my use of the electric toothbrush anc water pic allowed me to have a great check up.
