Dr. Jones went above and beyond in safeguarding the office from COVID-19 for his patients and staff. I felt very comfortable while Kirstin did an excellent job on cleaning my teeth. My annual exam by Dr. Jones, as always, was very professional and I appreciated the time he spent answering my questions. Thank you!

If you're worried about going to the dentist, fear not! Jones Family Dentistry has always been at the forefront of cleanliness and safety for their customers! Dr. Jones has outfitted the hygienist area with negative pressure venting to allow them to use the ultrasonic cleaning tools. It's safe for the patient as well as the staff. Dr. Jones has tried over the past three years to save one of my teeth. He tested it a few months ago and said it is still okay. But now, with surgery in my future, the possibility of infection means the tooth had to go. This is not an easy procedure but I'm glad that it is over and my gum is healing nicely. I am relatively new to the Ashland area and was referred to Dr Jones by a colleage. Dr. Jone's staff are all friendly, professional and intelligent. Dr. Jone's fit me in quickly for an emergent situation. He also generously assessed my son's dental needs and provided referrals. Dr. Jones was skillful, quick and relatively painless in addressing my dental cavities. I appreciated his calm, competent care!
Call me crazy, but getting dental work done with Dr. Jones and his crew is actually a relaxing experience. In addition to cleaning and minor fillings, I've also gotten two crowns in recent months, a procedure that takes about 2.5 hours. But strangely it is a time for me to relax and even have a nap--it was nearly pain-free, the bite block device made it easy to keep my mouth open, I had relaxing music of my choice, a blanket, sunglasses, warm face washcloth...they even offer a parafin hand treatment!
