Dr. Jones and staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. All services are explained well. Preventing tooth problems is a goal we share and Dr. Jones heard my concerns and had a great plan. He presented options complete with transparent pricing. I appreciate the education on what I can do better and what I am doing that is right all with the goal to healthily maintain my teeth and gums. Thank you ! My first visit after moving to the area and this staff made my transition easy.
I brought my 20 month old for her first dental visit and it was AMAZING!!! Dr. Jones isn’t a preferred provider with our insurance, but I’d heard such good things about his pediatric dentistry skills that I was happy to pay out of pocket...although it turns out the first visit is free! They call it a “happy visit” and it totally lived up to its name. Everyone was so patient and kind. Dr. Jones was excellent with my daughter and the appointment went off without a hitch! I highly recommend Jones Family Dental!
Kirsten did a great job cleaning my teeth and explaining what was going on, as did Dr. Jones when he did the exam. Good people, great treatment. Same as always. ;~)
I have been going to Jones Family Dental for 4 years and it has been the very best dental care that I have ever received. I was so pleased with my first appointment at Jones Family Dental. Everyone in the office is super friendly and obviously committed to providing excellent customer service. Dr. Jones is awesome. The time he took with me as a new patient was phenomenal! I wish the rest of the medical community was as thoughtful and caring as he obviously is. Most importantly, he was so interested in hearing about any issues I might have and to helping me resolve them. How refreshing!
