A very positive experience, Jessica is a wonderful hygienist, very gentle and experienced.
Jessica was very thorough and informative. My teeth felt cleaner than they ever have.The whole staff is so friendly, and fun. I had new front crowns put in and my issues were complicated. Dr Jones troubleshoots and comes up with solutions for the best results possible. He goes above and beyond.He takes pride in his work and has phenomenal integrity. I have already recommended him to several people.
June and December are the truce a year check up times with ultrasonic cleanings for us at the Jones Family Dentist. Advanced scheduling- reminder text message and a great staff to greet us on arrival, Patti, our new therapist for cleanings was thorough and a good communicator for everything being done. Dr Jones provided suggestions and a good plan for a couple of reconstruction of crowns. Overall a good experience with trusted staff
We moved to Ashland the end of June. Within two weeks I had a chip — a pretty (by that I mean ugly) big one, too. I did some research, read reviews and chose Jones Family Dental. I am so glad I did. From the very first encounter, I have felt warmly welcomed and well cared for. I find the whole staff to be attentive, professional and, simultaneously, fun and funny. I highly recommend checking them out!
I just wanted to take the time to say that Amanda was the biggest reason I loved coming to Jones Family Dental. In addition to being a great oral hygienist she has been a joy to get to know! I’ll look forward to getting to know the new women coming on, but I’ll be missing Amanda for a long time❤️❤️❤️

The dental hygienist is the best I have ever had. She is very gentle and through. Also she is always so happy and positive. Having my teeth cleaned at Jones Family Dental has always been an enjoyable experience, including the front desk staff.
Everyone in this office, from Dr. Jones to the front desk person, is top notch. We waited a long time to get in with these folks, but they were very much worth the wait.
I came to Jones Dental upon the recommendation of a friend. It was the best decision I have ever made for my dental care. The staff and Dr. Jones are all excellent, friendly, attentive and truly care for their patients. Hands down- a 10 Star practice!!!
