My family and I did personal training sessions with Jon for 2yrs, we had a range of ‘wants’ hubby to get fitter, me to get slimmer , one twin boy to get bigger and one twin boy races motocross so needed the stamina and training to help with his sport. I’ve been doing these classes now for around 2 years and would recommend anyone to give it a try. You don’t have to commit to a number of sessions, just drop in and out as it suits. Your own bench with all the equipment, weights, slam balls, kettle bells. A balanced workout - mix of core, cardio and strength work. Different exercises at each class so no boredom! Good value for money, first one is free. Top Tip: Work at your own pace especially to begin with.
I am really enjoying Jon's Saturday morning Hiit Classes. It's quite a unique environment as we all get our own benches plus our own equipment, and Jon tailors the workout to suit our individual levels. My stamina and motivation has noticeably improved. Jon's boundless enthusiasm makes the class a lot of fun. I also enjoy my one-to-one sessions where we set targets and goals. I'm really seeing an improvement in my fitness.
Jon is a brilliant coach. Working with you on a one-to-one basis, he individualises your fitness routines, food planning & is full of encouragement, enthusiasm, respect & humour throughout. Jon has a wealth of knowledge & experience and takes into account injuries/health problems etc. to ensure you don't make matters worse. I’ve recently signed up to Jon’s On Demand programme and I’m loving it! I had my son 7 months ago and was itching to get back to some ‘me time’ and was struggling to get to the gym or classes around his naps and feeding schedule. The On Demand programme has been a game changer. When time is tight I can do a quick 15 min workout or if I have a bit more time then can try a 30 min one.
