Good customer service, great packaging and really pretty. For £20 I have a budget item with a personalised photo card and wrapped in branded tissue paper then placed inside a really pretty gift bag complete with a bow and an additional personalised card. It is then delivered in a good quality box which was easy to open and sturdy, Postage was late and when I asked for a refund of the express delivery charge this was provided quickly. I bought a sausage dog bracelet for my BFF and not even 2 months later, it broke and flew everywhere she was heartbroken. Not impressed with the quality of this product. Never buying here again😡

Great communication! Helped me speed up my delivery process without an additional charged due to an emergency! Overall great quality and really nice staff :) will definitely be buying more jewellery from here!!
