This is the worse store. We walked in at 930pm as we see many customers were still having their meal + 3-4 groups of people were still ordering their food. As we were queueing for the kiosk, we were approached by a male staff. He asked us “Guys…do u know what time we close?” sarcastically. Obviously we don’t right? And if u r closing u should just tell us “we r closing” right? Worse customer service ever
Chicken was cold. Store manger very rude and condescending. Got my order wrong too.
Service was not the best. Wrote jolibee a personal email but no reply up till now. Around 2pm in May, the service given lacked professionalism. For context, I ordered a pack of fries. After a few minutes, my sibling was asked to collect on my behalf. When he asked the manager John at that time, John first held out his hands with no words spoken on one occasion. I ordered 2 set for set 1 is 2 burger steak and set 2 is 2 pieces of chicken with spaghetti, for set burger steak I got completed but for set spaghetti they only gave me the chicken and FORGOT THE SPAGHETTI. The employees were very careless. I was in a hurry, so I didn’t check my order.
