One thing I asked for I never got was to not turn my hair red. I was absolutely devastated wrong colour did apologise but did nothing to make it better, this was the owner Jo Jo herself, I offered to use a strip on it and do it myself they said it wouldn’t advise it just come to me and will , go over it didn’t say it was to put it right no explanations did not go back again.
