Excellent and very personal helpful service. Good range of carpets and prices. Short timescale between choosing, ordering and fitting. Had a new carpet fitted in the bedroom and had no hesitation going straight back to them to recarpet other rooms. Would highly recommend this shop.
Great price and fantastic service
Amazing from start to finish. Gentleman very knowledgeable, no hard sell, very much the opposite. Carpets arrived and fitted when stated. Professional throughout. More than reasonable. Would not go anywhere else.
Used in the past and they were fine. Unfortunately, I've now tried to visit the shop several times to order a carpet and the shutters are down. No-one answers the phone either. Not sure if it is still open and, if so, what sort of hours...but have had to take my business elsewhere.
Amazing job and fab price. I went to all the big carpet shops and nearly did buy from them but i went in to Johnstone carpets and the 2 chaps there were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. They are so decent and nice. There quote was less than half the price from some of the big carpet shops. I got it fitted and the service was quick and fitted well.
