My truck broke down tonight and the driver that came to my rescue was excellent. He knew the workings of my year vehicle and knew it had to be dollied as my front btakes were locked up and it is rear wheel drive. I had a very good experience with the company on Sunday, Nov. 26 after I had a crash on the Florida Turnpike just south of Orlando. Mario, the wrecker operator, was able to bend the metal on the rear of the other car (and make other small adjustments) sufficiently for its driver to drive home safely. And he took good care of my car and me as well, helping me fetch my possessions and drop me near a place where I could rent a car to get home. We evacuated from Irma and got a flat tire on our way home. Allstate who we paid since 1996 couldn't send anyone. Matt from Johnson's stopped and said " I'll take care of you and get you in your way" and just like that he did! Thank you so much
