Over priced , they don’t tell you about hidden fee’s . Customer service sucked
RecommendedI just started using Johnon's Wrecker Service and I love them. very easy to work with, everyone is very professional, as soon as you call they are right there. I highly recommend.
Charges ridiculous fees for holding stollen property that was retrieved by Sherrifs department. After being notified by Sherrifs department that Johnson Wrecker service had the stollen scooter, we contacted them and was told it was $1,200 to pick it up. They proceeded to tell us they had sent certified mail notifying us however we never received anything from them. It’s a shame they charge extravagant fees for property that was stollen. Was in a car accident this past Thursday on I4. The car got towed by Johnson's Wrecker Service. After being discharged by the hospital I went to go get my belongings from my car and also find out how much it would be to take the car. An older woman told me $150, as it was $125 for the tow and $25 storage. I wanted to wait to speak with my insurance so I left the car. I called today to get the price assuming it was about 250-270. Since it was $125 for the tow, and $25 each day for 4 days storage and $45 admin fee.. well I jus... read more
Rude to drivers and customers
Don’t use these liars!!!!! They tell one thing to hook the car up and when you pick up the car; they have charged 3 times more than what they tell you. Use any other tow company but Johnson’s; you will save hundreds.
Liars and thieves! They tell you one thing and then f@&# you over when it comes time to get your car. Every junk yard I’ve called to get the car junked told me it’s best to leave your car and call any other tow company but them. NEVER USE JOHNSON’S!!!!!
WOW!!!!! What a great job Joe. He treated the car like it was his own. If you ever need a tow he is your man. Expert at dealing with low cars that need special care. Will never go anywhere else. Thanks again for a great job.
This company sucks! Treats their employees like SHIT, thats why they keep having to hire new people....... And once you're hired there, they suck the life outta you!!!!! And the family is fucking wacked out! I rather walk 100 miles on foot before i got towed by them.....FUCK YOU ASSHATS
