During what was supposed to be an easy trip I had a problem with my trailers ramp. I called and Austin came out and worked really hard to make sure I got offloaded without any damage. Great job and I highly recommend them when you need help.

Brand new car just died. Bad area of town. Called the brand assist. They sent a tow truck A. Refused the tow. Asked for Johnson’s. They refused.l and Sent tow truck B. They refused the tow. Demanded Johnson’s. JW arrived in under an hour and in less than 5 minutes had the car loaded up. Pro’s all around. Ordeal took 8 hours total. 6.5 hours could have been saved if Johnson’s had been called first.

They are very nice. They closed at 6:00 but the agent was still able to help me after coming after that time. Very professional!
After an accident and having my vehicle towed to Johnsons I could not have asked for a more helpful group of people. They guided me through what would happen and made sure I had everything I needed.
