Placed an order online for a Gucci necklace on a Saturday bank holiday weekend. Very straightforward and received email confirmation and updates regularly. Free postage (3-5 working days) and it arrived the Tuesday after the bank holiday weekend. Superb service, item was very well packed so the box didn't get damaged. First class service and would highly recommend. Thank you for a pleasant transaction.

My fiancé went in store looking at a wedding ring that we both saw online together. We are from Pembrokeshire and my fiancé was working in the area near Nuneaton and popped in store after an online chat saying it was ok for him to pop in. He said there are lots of lovely jewellery to look at and some are really pretty and good value.
