Get directionsWe had our babies in the Nicu! The Nicu nurses are amazing with a good heart!!!! We really appreciate what they did for our babies.
The medical care was awesome but it took way too long being discharged.
Was here my Husband had a scheduled surgery and we had to pay for parking. We were unsure as to when we would be released. The nurse kept bringing his meds late which kept allowing the pain that got to a higher level and then they would have to give Tylenol in between the meds. Getting around with the directions of the hospital was great and the staff was friendly.
The staff was very helpful and quick to respond. I was in the emergency department with 2nd degree burns to my hand and face. The burn unit guy that came down to evaluate me was very helpful and nice and attentive to my needs. I believe his name was James. He assessed my burns and made sure I wasn't in any pain and got in and out quickly. The nurse as well as the tech were very nice and attentive as well and upon leaving they made sure I had enough gauze and cream to keep my wounds from getting infected until they healed ove... read more
10 hour wait !!!! There is no excuse for that, and the attitude you get from the workers is ridiculous. We are a Third World country when it comes to healthcare. Franklin Square Hospital has lost its reputation as being the worst hospital, congratulations Hopkins it's your honor
Really great service in the ER yesterday. I wouldn't normally leave a review for a hospital, but I was so impressed by how much time and attention I got from every interaction, from the front intake to the discharge. My broken ankle is not awesome, but I felt very well taken care of while getting X-rays, pain medicine injections, and a splint. I truly enjoyed the interactions with staff and though I hope to never have to return, I have a much more positive impression of the ER now. Thank you all!
