The hospitality of the this hospital is phenomenal! From the entrance meeting security/front desk I was greeted with a warm smile, to the front desk of Bariatric Surgery check-in, my nurse/assistant, to my Dr, to Ms. Cordelia, then back to the security...I love this hospital! No long waiting at all. Everyone seems happy doing their job, and this is when I don't mind coming here...keep up the great work, and this facility tops any hospital I've ever stepped foot in! God bless you ALL!

Helpful and comforting staff! Had several staff members ask if we required directions to the MRI area. Provided helpful remarks and suggestions for my son for places to eat while waiting for me on campus. Well marked and easy to get to from the highways 💕
My experience with Johns Hopkins is on going. I received a kidney transplant. From the start I received great info. The surgical staff did a great job, but a few of the on unit blood draw staff seemed to have attitudes, and would make excuses for poor skills! That's my only bad encounter with the staff. They continue to provide great service!... thank you!
