Just arrived home from the ER at John Hopkins Bayview...I still was not seen...I was there from 1:00 until 10:25..smh... Terrible !!!.. I have heart disease (CAD) and I came to the ER with chest pain !! A Patient Care Tech took blood and then six hours later a RN took blood again I asked her what was my troponin level..She told me that I had to wait for a doctor to tell me !!! Thank God that I didn't have a heart attack in the waiting room... Came into the ER a couple weeks ago for extreme stomach and back pain. I was treated like a piece of dirt! Why? I guess because it was almost 2 AM and I was in pajamas. Needless to say a week later my husband had gained 40lbs of water weight , could hardly walk and we were scheduling appointment with specialist hoping someone would see him ASAP. Well, long s... read more

So I came to your e.r. with a severe eye infection (my eye was literally swollen shut) to witch you responded by leaving me sit in the waiting room for 8 hours. When I finally got to see a doctor they informed me that I could have gone blind if I would have waited any longer. Oh and when I asked for a mask to avoid the respiratory infection that was going around, I was denied one because "oh we ain't got those" ( staff behind the counter in e.r.) so now guess what I have? An eye infection and a respiratory infection, witch i... read more
