Got there 3:15pm appt was at 3:30pm. Went to Kios to check in, answered all those questions, done, say down ....place emptied, nurse opened the door to check waiting room...Asked me my name and apt time...Shocked look on her face! They took vitals, ran 2 tests, played issue down, said call you tomorrow with results and other doc to see................6 days later i call and pushed off until tomorrow. I hear good things about Union memorial & Sini hospitals!
My son went to ER for acute appendicitis. He was treated like a drug seeking patient. Made to wait an exorbitant amount of time... while vomiting and rocking back and forth in pain. We left,, went to Franklin square and he was treated immediately and given pain meds. Had surgery to remove appendix. THEN they sent us a bill for the ER visit. I worked at Bayview for 18 years and I'm embarrassed at the lack of care he received.
This place isn’t even worth one star. Literally human feces on beds, bathroom walls feces, two inches of dust on baseboards and sinks and people in double rooms like cattle with brain issues in the icu. The fact Johns Hopkins even associates w this place is disgusting suppose to be best in the world I️ wouldn’t send my dog here!
Went to the ER Saturday evening with a dislocated elbow prepared for a long night. I was seen within 30 minutes. Everyone I had contact with from admission until discharge was amazing!! Full of compassion and kindness, they made a horrible experience less horrible and I am so grateful!
