Bad attention, I wait more than 10 hours, I not coming back
Unfortunately my brother had a heart attack yesterday, i arrived at emergency to find out where he was. There was a small older black man (that i didn't catch his name) The man actually walked me to the next building, through the building up the elevator to cardio icu. Before leaving me gave me a hug and good wishes for my brother! I felt like a walked with a angel. My brother is doing well, JUST WANTED TO SAY THANK YOU SO MUCH!
My boyfriend was seen in their emergency room. He was took back and put in a dirty room with a cup of someone else urine in the counter. When i asked to speak to a supervisor I was given a phone number to call. After finally getting a bill I was finally able to leave the billing department several messages before a very rude woman called us back asking "what you don't want to pay the bill. My husband has literally been waiting for 12 hours to be seen. You claim to have called his name 4 hours ago but he hasn’t even left the waiting room during this period of time. He was told to give a urine sample at 3:00pm but it was not even gathered from him until 8:00pm for analysis. How is it that you can run an emergency room in this manner?
