We have been very happy customers of Johns Heating and Cooling Company for well over 20 years. We recently needed a repair to our air conditioner which sits on top of our roof. It was an extremely hot day and the repair took several hours. ******* was our service person for this job and we are so grateful for the excellent job he did. Our air conditioner is running smoothly because of *******s hard work. We want to thank everyone at Johns for continually providing us outstanding service.

Outstanding service and a very professional technician. Serviced my AC units and cleaned outside coils.Identified a capacitor that was out of spec and recommend to replace it.While the technician was amazing, I was a little disappointed that the company quoted over $200 to replace the capacitor - a part that cost approx $10 from the local hardware store and takes 3 mins to replace.The technician fully understood my pricing concern and didnt pressure me to have them replace it.
