We have been very happy customers of Johns Heating and Cooling Company for well over 20 years. We recently needed a repair to our air conditioner which sits on top of our roof. It was an extremely hot day and the repair took several hours. ******* was our service person for this job and we are so grateful for the excellent job he did. Our air conditioner is running smoothly because of *******s hard work. We want to thank everyone at Johns for continually providing us outstanding service.

Outstanding service and a very professional technician. Serviced my AC units and cleaned outside coils.Identified a capacitor that was out of spec and recommend to replace it.While the technician was amazing, I was a little disappointed that the company quoted over $200 to replace the capacitor - a part that cost approx $10 from the local hardware store and takes 3 mins to replace.The technician fully understood my pricing concern and didnt pressure me to have them replace it. This is a quality company. They provide reliable top quality service at a fair price. They back up their work although I have never had a serious problem with their quality. A part was defective and they corrected the issue quickly at no cost. They are considerate too. They communicate about the technician and his schedule so you know when they will show up for your appointment.
