I replaced my AC unit about 3 years ago and have been satisfied with its performance. Eric was my technician recently and he is friendly and informed me of the results of the inspection. We've used John's Refrigeration now for several years. We replaced our aging HVAC system about 4 1/2 years ago and have been very pleased with the new system! Great service. Efficient. Professional and friendly technician. He wore a mask and shoe coverings. John’s Refrigeration uses technology effectively. They send a text/email with the technician’s picture about 15 minutes in advance of arrival. They installed my AC unit about 6 years ago and have been servicing the unit every year. Very satisfied with their service.
