The initial proposal was thorough and easy to understand. The installation crew was professional, thorough and pleasant. At major installation points the crew made us aware of the progress. We were comfortable with their presence in our home and adherence to COVID safety protocols. Everyone from our first phone contact through installation was polite and aboveboard. There were no surprises. We would certainly recommend their services.

I have used John’s Refrigeration for many years and the serve has always been great. Ivan did a great job today. Very polite and professional. I have a yearly maintenance contract with them and they come out twice a year to make sure everything is running properly. They always send an email with the picture of the person who will be doing the inspection so I know who to expect. The office staff are very nice also. I would recommend John’s Refrigeration for your cooling and heating for they have great service.

They reached out when it was time for our second appointment and were so helpful working around our Covid concerns.
