I've been using Johns for years and have never been disappointed in the service or staff.... both the office and field. They may not always be the least expensive but I would never consider making a change, you get what you pay for. The relationship I've developed with the tech is priceless. He's a good man, father and keeps a detailed history so all stays in good operating order and ..... me informed.

Johns Refrigeration has always been professional, on time for appointments, does a great job of service options and honest when suggesting maintenance. Our air conditioner went out at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and they had a service man out within 90 minutes. He got everything back up and running before he went home for the weekend. I am super impressed with the service. A huge thanks to Johns for keeping us cool! We would highly recommend Johns Refrigeration if you need repairs, yearly maintenance or new units!

My service call under the Peak Performance Plan was fine. However, the very next day, our unit ******************* was blowing hot air and it is 106 outside! He came back, and said our 2014 model had a dead blower motor. I guess some warranty is in place, but I am still out hundreds. He did wave the reduced service call for the return. My nearby mom in Mesa went with a York from ****** Brazil two years b4 us, and she has no yearly service plan charges while we have been paying the 250/year. We have had to replace many parts ... read more

*****, Thank you for your feedback. We certainly have the ability to bundle the unit, maintenance, and the 10 year labor warranty all together. But all those things cost money which would raise the initial install cost. Nothing is free. We believe in giving our customers the choice to bundle, or to just go with a new system and pay as you go for the other services. If you would like we can look into bundling your maintenance and labor into a low monthly payment.
Called and had service same day (within 4 hours). **** was very professional and courteous. Will definitely use again!
