Tech ( I___ )arrived on time and was professional, and knowledgeable. Used booties in house. This service was for older heat pump maintenance & check. He showed pics and took his time with work, ********************** Part that was replaced was expensive and I think mostly labor charge. (mid $400's include maintenance), but I bet all companies are the same on high labor charges. ****'s is reliable and has some good techs. 5 stars for the tech, 4 stars for the charges.
