I called and was pleasantly surprised to learn that they could send a technician to my house within 2 hours.He was very polite and did excellent work. I plan to use them going forward.

I have a service contract with Johns refrigration and have always been pleased. This last week my air conditioner went down. I called and asked for **** if possible. He is my favorite technician for many reasons. He arrived 2 hours later that day and diagnosed my problem. This was Wednesday. Could not be repaired. **** came out early on Thursday to give me an estimate on my options. Friday a crew arrived and installed my new system. I was very pleased with the entire experience of my dealings with John's Heating and Cooling. ****, the sales rep, was very respectful and informative. I felt comfortable with his recommendations. The installation took less than six hours and was done professionally. Clean-up was done very well and review of install was thorough but not ****** drawn out. I especially liked dealing with a small, locally owned company. The kind of company where I knew if I wanted to speak with the owner, that there would be no problem.

Wish I could give zero stars. Technician said I had a leak, no refrigerant, $2,700 to fix, plus $89 service fee, reduced to $59 if I had the work done NOW, and best to pay the $149 for their service plan too. I got a second opinion: paid them a $60 service fee. They diagnosed the same problem, did not push me to buy a service plan and it would cost $1,300. I guess ****'s has no qualms about ripping off senior women in a tough situation. Guess who I hired to do the work and who will be servicing my unit twice a year. Sure wou... read more

We've been with this company for nearly 20 years, after our neighbor recommended them. In 2012 ****'s replaced our air conditioner and we're on the 2x/year service plan. Absolutely no problems ever with that AC unit. It happens that the master bedroom, which was an addition, has no attic and faces south, so is always hot. ****'s has sent comfort specialists out over the years who've suggested fixes. Finally bit the bullet a week ago and purchased a ductless unit (mini split) from them, which they installed in our bedroom two... read more

Just had our new Daikin A/Cs installed. Excellent service as usual. Huge Thanks to ****, *** and ******. We did have two others that were on the Installation ********** 110 degrees outside but no complaints from these guys. This is our second system purchased from Johns. Appreciate your professionalism and speedy service.

Very happy with the **** install last Spring (John's Heating and Cooling replaced a 20 year old unit; house has 2 units, one of which we replaced with another company 5 years earlier).They serviced the older unit this week and the technician (***) was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.We will be be giving them a call should any future **** problems arise...our first choice for service.P.S. Ask about any current promotions, we saved $50.00 using an online coupon !!!
