I found out about the kickboxing classes on Groupon. The class was great! The instructors were very encouraging; especially since it was my fist class. Tamer was very welcoming! I had a great workout while having fun. I actually look forward to going to class and working out. I would definitely recommend this class to my friends and family.
Great people, awesome trainers, lots of motivation. I've been to other studios but this is the first place that felt right.

Such a great workout! I've been working out pretty consistently for the past couple years but I actively avoided any kind of group exercise class. I decided to give iLoveKickboxing a try since they were offering a great online special and I ended up signing up for a membership after my first class. It's been about three weeks and I already feel stronger and more fit! The instructors are great and know how to keep you motivated. Highly recommend for anyone who has even thought about trying kickboxing.
I tried out iLoveKickboxing from a Groupon promo and it has been the best decision ever! It’s an amazing all over body workout and who doesn’t feel like a bad ass when boxing?! I have increased stamina and have been toning up nicely and that’s just from going on average 3 days a week! John Wai's kickboxing class is awesome! It has changed my life--the way I eat and the way I treat my body. At 60 years of age, I actually believed it was not too late to change. 7 weeks into the workout and losing 1 pound a week is amazing! The instructors are both friendly and motivating. You love to hate them! And then you thank them from the bottom of your heart. Because they are sincere and they truly care.

Walking into ILKB plantation is a stress reliever. No matter what happens on the outside world, once a foot is in the door the energy swallows you. The facility is well kept and everyone is so kind and motivating. The coaches AND fellow participants genuinely push you. You can tell they love their careers, it's a great atmosphere to practice in.
This studio has changed my life both mentally and physically. When I show up to John Wai I am always greeted with a smile and by NAME! I love how friendly the staff are as well as the other members. It is also amazing how both stuff and the other members push me and encourage me to NEVER give up! Kickboxing is now part of my lifestyle and has made a stronger, happier and healthier person!
