When I joined ILKB I was so nervous because I’ve never been to a kickboxing class before, but everyone there made me feel so welcome. The staff (John, Michael, Tamer, Martin, Paul & Chloe) is extremely friendly and helpful. I am always greeted with a smile and feel that the staff is happy to be there and help me with questions. I really appreciate the customer service they provide. The best class I have ever belonged to... not intimidating because it attracts so many different types! Thank you for helping me change my life!
Walked in to John Wai Kung Fu about a year and a half ago after signing up for a groupon...i registered after the first class. Everyone is great, high energy, fun, hard workouts but well worth it. I can feel myself getting stronger. One of the things I like most is the friendliness of the entire staff/instructors. Thanks guys!!
Name the gym, fitness studio, workout center, organized class, personal trainer, fitness craze, latest exercise trend, home exercise video, local race/ ride, I have been a regular of it, committed member, and or completed it…however none have remotely compared to the results I achieved at John Wai Kung Fu and none have been as fun or fulfilling. I tried this on a 10 class special and now I'm a member for life! I've tried other kickboxing places and This place is THE BEST. Other martial arts for the entire family, great place for everyone to learn, burn calories, and build confidence!
I took my first class almost 3 years ago and I was amazed. The instructors are awesome and energetic, and the classes are so worth it. I was out of class for almost a year because of school ,but when I returned back I was welcomed like I never missed a day . Everyone was really happy to see me back. I love these classes. John Wai Kung Fu Academy has really had a positive impact on my whole family. My four-year-old son attends Kung Fu, my husband attends Brazilian Ju Jit Su, and I attend kickboxing. This has not only made our family healthier and happier, it has also introduced us to a great network of people. The instructors are incredible and the kickboxing workouts are challenging. Fortunately, the instructors are motivating and helpful, which makes each session rewarding. My whole family can wholeheartedly recommend John Wai.
John Wai Kung Fu Academy is a great place for the entire family to get a great workout. Myself and my husband kickbox and my son does the Junior Kung fu class. Very family oriented and the instructors are awesome!!!
This place is awesome! Warm and welcoming atmosphere where the kickboxing instructors are motivating and keep every workout fresh and fun. No matter what fitness level you are at, you can jump in and complete a class, getting stronger with every workout. Come join us!!
John Wai's is the place you want to be at if you want a total workout for your body. Their kickboxing class is intense, but it's not difficult...meaning I'm a klutz with horrible coordination & when they are showing the moves, it's easy to pick up.
