This place is amazing!!! it is a terrific workout, perfect for your weight loss goals and for getting stronger and feeling energized. Most importantly for me it is the best group of people to be around, the coaches and the staff and fantastic!! and the people you workout with are great as well!! i love being here, look forward to being there every day and I simply cannot enjoy it more!!! :) recommended for anyone and everyone!

I found this kickboxing class through a groupon, which offered only 4 classes. I was so impressed that I signed up after my very first class. The class is tough but not unbearable. You feel really accomplished once it’s over. Everyone is really friendly. The staff is very knowledgeable. Many of them have been doing this for a very long time. It’s an overall nice atmosphere to workout in (very clean too).

IloveKickboxing has completely changed my life. I moved to South Florida a few years ago and fell in a rut with exercising and eating healthy. I started kickboxing in January and just hit my first 20 pound weight loss goal. I had tried so many other things before and nothing worked. I am so thankful for their motivation and energy each workout. I highly recommend John Wai Kung Fu Academy and ILoveKickboxing Plantation!

Ilovekickboxing is amazing!!! It is the best workout but also fun. The trainers are amazing people with great dedication. They are such a great crew. They push us to reach our goals and not give up. They keep us motivated all the time. I started two months ago and definitely see a difference. Honestly I tell everyone about Ilovekickboxing. I always look forward to working out and releasing some stress on the punching bags. I look forward to pushing myself beyond limits with the help of these amazing trainers.

Today was my first class at John Wai Kung Fu's Ilovekickboxing in Plantation…I have to say I LOVED IT! I found the staff to be super helpful and friendly when I called to set up my appointment. They even sent email reminders prior to the class. The instructor not only remembered my name but everyone’s name in my group. Since this was our first (but definitely not last) class the staff took the time to really make sure we knew what we were doing and spent time showing us exactly how to do it…encouraging us the entire time. I've always wanted to do kickboxing, I was given classes by my friend for my birthday! So my best friend, my mother, and I are attending classes here! We LOVE it!!! The instructors are awesome and it's a GREAT and FUN workout!
