Responded but they gave me a low-ball offer for my trade. Needless to say I refused their offer and I haven’t heard from them since. No counter offer or anything, I suppose my money was no good.
Terrible experience. I spoke with one of their sales reps through text and at first I offered 4000 cash. She stated if I made a more reasonable offer they could take it. So I offered 4500, and she said “bring your offer in”. So I drive an hour to their dealership, the girl I worked with through text was no where to be found, nor had she informed anyone that I was coming. This dealership made buying our vehicle very easy. Our Salesman was great. The process was easy. No complaints.

I Made offer on vehicle they said they would accept then they tried to add 1500 more dollars on the deal then while negotiating they said we just sold the car
