I rate dealership as a 3 star, friendly, but need to focus on one customer at a time, it’s hard to try to work two deals at the same time, but other than this , good dealership!!!

Responded but they gave me a low-ball offer for my trade. Needless to say I refused their offer and I haven’t heard from them since. No counter offer or anything, I suppose my money was no good.
Terrible experience. I spoke with one of their sales reps through text and at first I offered 4000 cash. She stated if I made a more reasonable offer they could take it. So I offered 4500, and she said “bring your offer in”. So I drive an hour to their dealership, the girl I worked with through text was no where to be found, nor had she informed anyone that I was coming.
