The salesman gave CARFAX documents stating the car had a Grey interior with black accents. When I asked the salesman what color the interior was he told me beige. I decided not to buy the car

Checked in on a car listed on the app showing it was available. Was contacted by the dealership shortly after my inquiry and told that unfortunately the car had “just gone under deposit”. (Common when car shopping) Have purchased from this dealership before, they are genuinely stand-up guys. It’s the reason I check their listings when looking for cars. No reservations about buying from them in future. Did not feel mistreated or misled at all. Good experience

The sales person was not very engaged. The first thing when I sat in the car I realized the battery was close today because the car would not start unless the fob was pushed up against the start button. When we went back in the building to discuss other options the sales manager came out and kind of badgered us about why we didn't want that car and that there wouldn't be a better car out there for the price. From speaking with the scheduling team (Marty), to purchasing the car we needed with Kourtney, we had a great experience at Mike Bell Chevrolet dealership! I highly recommend them for their customer service, knowledge, and affordability! Totally worth the drive to Carrollton, GA!
Dealer should have disclosed this car was being offered as is were is.no warranty. I would not driven 83 miles. Was a complete waste of time.
