would never. not helpful, demanding I come to the dealership. refused to deal and said "we dont deal over the phone" at the end of the conversation, AFTER they jacked the price up over 4,000 dollars from asking. When confronted they said "well you could just pay asking price" Terrible.

Great experience so far. Compliments to Austin, our sales rep and Jimmy, the sales manager. Both have made the process easy and less stressfull than I expected. Because of our experience, we recommend a friend to the dealership for their purchase. Word of mouth is the best advertisement!

I cannot express enough, how utterly appalled I am by the experience at Novato Chevrolet from the moment I signed the contract they slipped in unwanted, add-ons things. I never agreed to which I discovered only the next day. When I tried to get them to refund these add-ons they not only refused. They threatened me saying that if I brought it up again, they wouldn’t refund anything. After a long exhausting fight I only managed to get them to refund about half yet.
