The price listed is not what you’ll pay. They will send you videos of the car talking about how great it is and how good of shape it is in, and you can offer them cash, $100 bills for their full listed price, but it’s not enough. I actually offered them $1,100 over their listed price, cash $100 bills and it wasn’t enough. Tax, tags, document fees, they wanted over $2,000 more than what they had the car listed for. I had a good experience.My salesman was very helpful and my time at the dealership wasn’t very long. The finance person was good at explaining things to me. I feel like they did everything that could to make my experience good!

Service was good but not the best
Great staff had me in and out quickly. They also gave me what I wanted for my trade and the deal I asked for on my new vehicle.
I specifically requested invoice with complete Out The Door price, with all fees and taxes included. Information requested not received to date.
Kevin was really supportive during all the process, I recommend him and Tracy Chevrolet for their professionalism.
Salesman was upfront with knowledge of the car, but no call back on the deal just dropped on the ball all around. Called them and no return call not even to say sorry you don't qualify are the car is no longer available. Makes it very hard to spend my money where it seems they don't want it. Will seek elsewhere for with better customer service.
