The entire Used Car division of John Thornton Chevrolet made the experience a very good one. Granted, I knew what I wanted and I knew what I would pay so everything went smoothly, even the discussion on price went pretty smoothly. The car was everything I expected and more. I've waited 5 years since this car was released to get it at a reduced price and I was completely satisfied. Terrible!!! We were looking at 2 vans at this location. We called to verify the availability and made sure they were not pending a sale. We were told they have a new VIP program. They took our name, verified the vehicles were on site and told us they would be waiting up front for us when we arrived. We drove 40 miles, met our salesperson and asked where the vehicles were located and he informed us it had been sold yesterday!!!! We were furious! So much for their VIP program! The sales person blamed it on the internet rep who... read more
