I bought from John Ryan because they offer a money back guarantee which is difficult to find on the high street. I ordered a seconds mattress on a Saturday and received a phone call on the Monday to check that the mattress would suit me. The delivery team contacted me a few days later and the mattress was delivered a week later. I can't fault that process. The mattress itself (Artisan Luxury King) is super comfortable, soft enough for my body to feel cosseted and perfectly supportive so there are no pressure points anywhere ... read more

Very happy with our mattress and there is no way we are parting with it any time soon :) I am glad, that I found JR when researching our buying options, I found their website very easy to navigate and full of useful info, plus their customer service answered all my other questions before I decide to purchase the mattress. Everything is excellent about John Ryan By Design. Their website information, their telephone contact, help and recommendations given, were all first class. My new mattress was delivered yesterday within the time frame promised, and very good care taken with its' installation and the removal of my old mattress First night's sleep was wonderfully comfortable.
